1. Scope

These Terms of Service (TOS) apply to all services provided by dirtyLens Unternehmergesellschaft (haftungsbeschränkt) (hereinafter referred to as 'dirtyLens UG') to consumers. A 'consumer' means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

3. Conclusion of Contract

• By clicking the [Buy] button and successfully completing the payment process, you enter into a binding contract of sale.
• By clicking the button [Trial], a trial license valid for 7 days is issued. It is not possible to obtain more than one trial licence per user or device.

4. Right of Withdrawal

1. If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places an order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions.
2. If you, as a consumer, exercise your right of withdrawal according to section 4.1, no additional costs will arise.
3. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must log in to your account on the website www.dirtyLens.net/Account

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

5. Prices and Payment

• The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.
• Payment is made via payment providers.
• The subscription automatically renews for one month at the end of the contract period. The notice period for termination is one month.

6. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
